Our refund/cancellation policy depends on the service you have signed up for. Please see below for a guide:
Online Personal Coaching – Platinum & Gold
1) If you have signed up for our Online Coaching program but decide to cancel BEFORE the initial evaluation call; you will receive a full refund minus any transaction charges levied on the transfers.
2) If you decide to cancel at any point AFTER the initial evaluation call; you will receive a refund only for the remaining weeks of coaching thereafter and a pro-rata amount for the initial evaluation call and program design will be deducted from the amount payable to you.
3) There will be NO REFUNDS for any service provided AFTER it has been provided. So no refunds once your coaching period expires.
Customized Plans/ Online Personal Coaching – Silver
If you have signed up for any of our customized plans options but decide to cancel; send us an email RIGHT AWAY asking for a cancellation.
i) IF we have not started working on your plans; you will receive a full refund minus any transaction charges levied on the transfers.
ii) If however, we have started working on your plans already and/or have already delivered it; there will be No Refunds provided.
Zoom Consultation
1) If you cancel an appointment as late as 1 day before it is scheduled; you will receive a full refund minus any transaction charges levied on the transfers.
2) If you cancel an appointment on the same day as it is scheduled; you will receive only a 50% refund minus any transaction charges levied on the transfers.
3) There will be NO REFUNDS for any service provided AFTER it has been provided completely. So no refunds after the consult call is done.
Form Check Service
1) If you decide to cancel BEFORE your form check forum thread has been responded to; you will receive a full refund minus any transaction charges levied on the transfers.
2) There will be NO REFUNDS for any service provided AFTER it has been provided completely. So no refunds once you receive our a response from us on the forum with your form critique.
